# Billing and payments on Emplio Cloud

> Who can see Billing & usage, how payment works in India and elsewhere, and what happens when you upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Emplio Cloud plan.

The owner and admins manage the plan from **Billing & usage**. Nobody else on the team sees it.

**1. Open Billing & usage**

Open your account menu and click **Billing & usage**.

**2. Pick or change your plan**

Choose a plan, the 7-day pass, or a top-up. See [Plans and usage](https://docs.emplio.app/cloud/plans.md).

**3. Pay**

Your billing country decides how you pay.

## How you pay

| Billing country | Paid through |
| - | - |
| India | Razorpay |
| Everywhere else | Stripe |

> The payment method is set by your billing country and can't be switched later.

## Changing your plan

| Change | When it happens |
| - | - |
| Upgrade | Right away. You pay only the difference for the rest of the month. |
| Downgrade | At your next renewal |
| Cancel | At your next renewal |
