# Key ideas: how Emplio works

> Chat, work, memory, agents, skills, automations, approvals and Emplio's own computer, each explained in a line or two.

Emplio is one colleague your whole team can talk to. These are the few ideas you need to use it well.

> To stop the approval questions for the whole business, an owner or admin can set **Before sending or changing things** to **Just do it** in [Settings](https://docs.emplio.app/guide/settings.md). Nobody checks the actions then.
