# Memory: what Emplio knows about your business

> Read the notes Emplio keeps about your business and about you, see who can see what, and change anything by telling Emplio in a chat.

Emplio writes down what it learns as plain notes: your clients, prices, rules and how things are done. Open **Memory** in the sidebar, then **Notes**, to read them.

Notes in Memory

## Who sees what

| Folder | Who can see it |
| - | - |
| **Company** | Everyone in the business. |
| **Restricted** | Owners and admins only. |
| **Mine** | Only you. |

Every change is kept with full history, so nothing is lost.

## Teach it

Just tell Emplio, in any chat: "Give new cafés 30 days' credit". It saves the rule and uses it from then on.

## Change a note

**1. Open the note**

Pick it from the list, or use **Search notes**.

**2. Press Suggest a change**

A new chat opens with the note already named. Say what to change.

Notes are read-only here so every change goes through Emplio. When staff change a company note, it goes to the owner as a proposal.
