# Connect Gmail and Google Calendar to Emplio

> Connect your Gmail and Google Calendar from Integrations so Emplio can read, draft and send email and manage events, and choose when it asks first.

Goal: Emplio can work in your email and calendar, and asks you before it sends or changes anything.

**You need**

* A Google account. Each person connects their own, so Emplio works with your inbox when you ask and theirs when they ask.

Integrations, Browse

**1. Open Integrations**

Open your account menu, then **Integrations**, then **Browse**.

**2. Connect Gmail**

Search for **Gmail** and click **Connect**. Sign in with Google in the window that opens. It closes by itself when you're done.

**3. Connect Google Calendar**

Do the same for **Google Calendar**.

**4. Check the connections**

Open **My connections**. Each app should say **Connected**. If one says it expired, click **Reconnect**.

**5. Try it**

**What you get:** Emplio can read, search, draft and send email, and see, create and move events. Looking things up never asks. Sending, changing or deleting shows a card: **Allow**, **Always allow** or **Deny**.

> To stop the cards for one action, tap **Always allow**. To undo it, go to **Settings**, then **Agent**, and remove it under **Always allowed**. The owner or an admin can switch **Before sending or changing things** to **Just do it** for the whole business.
