# Get a morning brief and an end-of-day report

> Choose when Emplio sends your morning brief and end-of-day report, give your staff their own, and tell Emplio what to always keep an eye on.

Goal: start each day knowing what needs you, and end it knowing what got done.

**You need**

* To be the owner or an admin to change the times. Everyone can look.
* Google Calendar connected, if you want today's meetings in the brief.

Settings, Schedule

**1. Open the schedule**

Open your account menu, then **Settings**, then **Schedule**.

**2. Pick your times**

Set **Morning brief** (7am to 11am) and **End-of-day report** (5pm to 9pm, or **Off**). Emplio's working day runs from the brief to an hour after the report.

**3. Include your staff**

Leave **Staff briefs and reports** on so each person gets their own, about their own meetings, tasks and emails. It stays silent when there's nothing for them.

**4. Save**

Click **Save**. Keep **Background rounds** on anything but **Off**, or there are no briefs or reports.

**5. Tell it what to watch**

```text theme={null}
Add to your always-check list: new enquiries in Gmail and invoices more than 30 days overdue.
```

**What you get:** a short brief in your main chat each morning, and on Telegram if you've connected it. Up to five points: today's meetings, what's late, what's due and what needs your decision. In the evening, a report of what was done, not done, couldn't be done and what's next.

> [!TIP]
>
> Reply to the brief right there. Your answer carries on from it, like any chat.
