# Turn email enquiries into leads, replies and quotes

> Have Emplio read new enquiries in Gmail, add each one to your leads, draft replies for you to check, and make a quote PDF you can send.

Goal: every enquiry in your inbox gets saved as a lead and answered, with a proper quote when the customer asks for one.

**You need**

* Gmail connected. See [Connect Gmail and Calendar](https://docs.emplio.app/recipes/connect-gmail-calendar.md).
* Your price list, as a file or a message.

Emplio working through enquiries in the chat

**1. Give it your prices once**

Attach your price list to a message and say:

This is our price list. Use it for every quote.
```

**2. Ask it to go through the enquiries**

Go through this week's enquiries in Gmail, add them to our leads, and draft replies.
```

Emplio shows each step as it works.

**3. Check the drafts**

Before it saves or sends anything in Gmail, a card asks you. Tap **Allow**, **Always allow** or **Deny**.

**4. Make a quote**

Make a quote PDF for Sharma Traders: 200 kg basmati at our wholesale rate, 30 days' credit.
```

The PDF appears in the chat. Open it to download it or get a share link. It is also kept in **Memory** under **Files**.

**5. Make it automatic (optional)**

Whenever a new enquiry email comes in, add it to Leads and draft a reply.
```

Emplio saves this as an [automation](https://docs.emplio.app/guide/automations.md). Only the owner and admins can set one up.

**What you get:** a Leads table that stays up to date, replies waiting for your OK, and quotes made from your own prices.
