Part	What it means
You keep your copyright	The agreement gives a license; it doesn’t take ownership.
Copyright license	Kulp Labs, and anyone who receives software it distributes, may use, change and distribute your contribution, under any license. This lets it be used in Emplio Cloud next to code that isn’t public.
Patent license	A license to any of your patents that your contribution needs. It ends for anyone who sues claiming your contribution or Emplio infringes a patent.
Your promises	It’s your own work or you have the right to submit it, your employer agrees if it has rights in it, and you name the source and license of anything that isn’t yours.
No obligations	Your contribution is “as is”. You don’t have to support it, and it doesn’t have to be used.
Law	The agreement is governed by the laws of India.
