The usage meter in the sidebar shows how much of this month’s usage you’ve used, as a percentage.

While Emplio is paused

  • A paused banner shows on the web.
  • Emplio doesn’t reply on the web or on any channel, Telegram included.
  • Automations don’t run. Each one shows a run that didn’t happen, and why.
  • Emplio’s own tasks wait, then start once there’s usage again.

Get it working again

Open Billing & usage

The owner or an admin opens the account menu and clicks Billing & usage.

Top up or upgrade

Buy a top-up, or move to a bigger plan. An upgrade takes effect right away.
Or wait: usage starts again when your month renews.
Running out every month? An upgrade is usually simpler than topping up. Growth gives 2.5 times Starter’s usage and Pro 5 times.
