You can talk to Emplio in the web app or on Telegram. Your main Chat is the same in both, and Emplio can message you there on its own, like when a report is ready.

Connect Telegram

Open Channels

Press your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Channels. Or press Connect Telegram in the sidebar.

Save your mobile number

Type it with the country code in Your mobile number. This is how Emplio knows it’s you.

Press Connect

On a computer, scan the code with your phone, or press Open Telegram. Then press Start in Telegram.
You can also open the bot and share your number with it. Once connected, the window says Connected.

On Telegram

  • Type, or send voice notes, photos and files.
  • Tap Allow or Deny on approvals.
  • Send /new to start fresh. Emplio keeps notes on what you discussed.
  • Send /switch to talk to another business you’re on.
To stop, press Disconnect in Channels. Emplio won’t message you on Telegram after that.
