Short answers to what people ask most. Can’t find yours? Try Troubleshooting.
One colleague your whole team can talk to, on the web or on Telegram. It has its own computer and browser, works in your apps, keeps your records and to-do list, and learns how your business runs.
Each person’s computer and browser are kept apart from everyone else’s. Saved passwords are encrypted and never handed to the AI. Staff can’t see restricted notes. Self-hosted, your data stays on your own machine, apart from what goes to the AI models and apps you use. See Security and privacy.
You choose in Settings, Agent, under Quality: Free, Save money, Default or Best quality. Default uses Claude Sonnet for chats and Claude Haiku for background work. To pick models yourself, click Pick models yourself. Self-hosted Emplio gets its models through OpenRouter.
Yes. In Settings, Agent, open Advanced and paste Your OpenRouter key. AI use is then billed to your own OpenRouter account.
Staff see only their own chats. The owner sees more: Emplio’s background work, which reports to the owner, reads everyone’s chats, and the owner and admins see everyone’s files and activity.
Yes, under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). The code is on GitHub.
Cloud is ready in minutes and managed for you, on a paid plan. Self-hosted is free, but you set it up and pay your own AI bills. See Cloud or self-hosted.
Write the way you normally would. For voice, tap Record voice message in the chat box, or send a voice note on Telegram, and Emplio turns it into text. Self-hosted, voice notes need a key first. See Optional features.
Tell it a rule once and it saves it to memory. Show it a task once in its browser and it makes a skill. For work that keeps coming back, it sets up an agent that keeps lessons from each job. In quiet moments it also reads back over chats and saves what’s worth keeping.
Click Memory, open the note, and click Suggest a change. Ask Emplio to change or delete it. Every note keeps its history, so you can ask for an older version back.
Yes. Open your account menu and click New business. Switch between them in the same menu. On Telegram, send /switch.
Not by default. Before it sends, changes or deletes anything in your apps, it asks with Allow, Always allow or Deny. Lookups never ask.
