Who sees what

Every change is kept with full history, so nothing is lost.

Teach it

Just tell Emplio, in any chat: “Give new cafés 30 days’ credit”. It saves the rule and uses it from then on.

Change a note

Open the note

Pick it from the list, or use Search notes.

Press Suggest a change

A new chat opens with the note already named. Say what to change.
Notes are read-only here so every change goes through Emplio. When staff change a company note, it goes to the owner as a proposal.
Memory also holds Files and, for owners and admins, the Database.
