Memory, where Emplio keeps what it learns

Say the rule

Emplio saves it as a note in company memory and uses it from then on.

Find it in Memory

Click Memory in the sidebar, then Notes. Company rules are under Company. Search by any word in the note.

Change it

Open the note and click Suggest a change. A chat opens about that note. Say what’s different:

Undo a change (optional)

Every note keeps its full history, so nothing is lost.
What you get: plain notes you can read, kept for the whole team.
When staff change a company note, it becomes a proposal. The owner sees it in the morning brief.
